• STEP 2:  Based on the consultation and the walkthrough we will come to an agreement to purchase your real estate.

• STEP 3:  We will open a title search on the real estate to verify there are no clouds (liens).

• STEP 4:  We will perform a quick informal walkthrough of the property with one of our teams to do a ten-point inspection (foundation, roof, plumbing, electricity, hvac, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, pool/spa and termite inspection).  Needed repairs are no big deal.

• STEP 5:  We can close as quick as the length of the title search (a few days) or as long three months - It all depends on your needs.  The court determines this time frame if probate is involved.

• STEP 6:  We close; you get cash and Home Sellers Friend gets title.
